You may apply at any time, even before securing a reservation. If you wish to apply early for pre-qualification, simply pay the $995 application fee directly to DC Lending. If the purchase is finalized, this fee will be reimbursed by the developer.

If the reservation is canceled or not memorialized into a purchase, your reservation deposit will be refunded minus the application fee. If the loan is not approved, you will receive a 100% refund of your reservation.
